Did you know that there is a special grant given by the government of Quebec that can cover the costs of your training needs? You can learn more about it here. This grant can empower your team to hire Social Impact Consulting so that you can access valuable training and accompaniment.
You could get technical or financial assistance from Emploi Quebec for:
defining your training needs;
carrying out your training project;
evaluating the effectiveness of the training received.
How to get started:
Contact us for an intake meeting. We will then provide a service offer based on your organizational training needs.
Visit Emploi Quebec to let them know your organization is interested in the process and obtain the paperwork.
If the agent feels that your needs fit with their program, they will ask you to complete the paperwork.
Submit the paperwork and our service offer. We ask you to cover the cost of translation as EQ needs it in French.
Once funding is granted, we can sign a contract and start working together!
Our tips:
Plan the stages of the program as well as a timetable.
Pair the training team with members of your staff to ensure assigned responsibility for taking notes and creating training documents that can be made available to future staff.
You must demonstrate that the training activity:
helps keep people employed;
increases the performance of your workers;
is transferable to other members of your staff in order to increase mobility within your company;
helps your team to develop new skills.
